You probably have questions. Is Pilates right for me?
Pilates builds strength, flexibility and control in your movement. It will compliment any other sport or activity in which you might participate. I teach teen classes all the way to our older generation, cross fit enthusiasts, golfers, stay at home Mums and Dads, Retirees and people just looking for a way to change the way they live for a heathier lifestyle. If you have not been exercising for a while, it's a great place to start. It will build strength from the inside out, in an atmosphere where you will feel comfortable, successful and confident. If you are already fit and healthy, it will challenge you in ways you never imagined!
It's important to me to make Pilates as accessible as possible to all people. Therefore, I like to offer a free session. Contact me to book a time to meet and try out The Reformer and find out what Pilates can do for you!
